ABOUT PICKLE FEST:

Voted the “Best Small Festival in Mississippi” in 2022 by the Mississippi Tourism Association!

This year’s event promises you a family-friendly, educational, and fun festival! Come enjoy and explore the world of pickling!

Pickle Fest is hosted by the Mississippi Agriculture & Forestry Museum Foundation to benefit the MS Ag and Forestry Museum and the National Agricultural Aviation Museum.

This is a family-friendly, educational, and fun celebration of all things pickled - from classic cucumbers to the most creative brined concoctions in Mississippi.

We bring together farmers, food lovers, artisans, and families for two days of Exposure, Education, and Exploration:

Exposure: Promoting Mississippi’s growers, makers, and small businesses.

Education: Teaching the art, science, and history of pickling and fermentation.

Exploration: Celebrating unique local food traditions with contests, live music, and fun activities.
